An Interview with XGAMES Star and FUELAB User Liam Doran

 FIA World RX, MSA British Rallycross Championship, and Global Rallycross Championship Racer Liam Doran talks about racing and FUELAB
 
 Q: When did you start racing?
 A: 14
 
 Q: What got you into racing?
 A: My dad raced, I grew up going to watch him. Even though he did everything he could to keep me from racing ha-ha
 
 Q: What was the first car you raced?
 A: A Mini
 
 Q: What were some of the other cars you have raced and when?
 A: In Rallycross a Ford Focus, RS200 and of course my Citroen’s (C4 and now DS3)
 
 Q: What associations have you raced in?
 A: FIA World RX, MSA British Rallycross Championship, Global Rallycross Championship (which was SCCA and now USAC) and dabbled in Lucas Oil Offroad Racing Series and the SCORE Baja 1000
 
 Q: What have been your major racing successes over the past 5 years?
 A: Mainly XGAMES. My first gold medal in 2011, a gold, silver, and bronze in 2013.
 
 Q: What do you like most about racing?
 A: Winning ha-ha and working on my cars
 
 Q: Is your family involved in your racing efforts?
 A: It is a full family effort. They help the behind the scenes and come to all the races
 
 Q: How long have you used FUELAB?
 A: Three years
 
 Q: Why did you start using FUELAB?
 A: We needed a more technically advanced fuel system to deal with the more demanding requirements of a modern engine
 
 Q: Was there a particular problem you were having that FUELAB solved?
 A: PWM (Pulse Width Modulated) controllable fuel pressure
 
 Q: How has FUELAB affected your racing success
 A: Given the engine more drivability, aiding in lap time speed
 
 Q: What FUELAB parts do you use?
 A: Fuel pump, pressure regulator, filters
 
 Q: What do you see as the primary benefits of FUELAB products and company?
 A: Reliability and advanced design
 
 Q: Where do you see yourself in racing in 5 years?
 A: The World RX championship and hopefully some offroad races as well
 
 Q: What do you do in your spare time?
